Clients pay a 5% service fee on project costs. Freelancers pay commission based on their subscription tier: 20% (Free), 15% (Pro), 10% (Expert), 5% (Enterprise). All fees are clearly disclosed before transactions.

Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, harassment, spam, copyright infringement, or any illegal activities. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their content but grant us license to use it for platform operation. We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA notices.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms, illegal activities, or at our discretion. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time.
